The African island country of Comoros had a CBI program which provided you with their passport rather quickly for only $45.000.
However, a new government came and they found out that the former one gave away some of the passports outside the official protocol, so they decided to shut the program down.
If you hold a Comoros passport, the important thing to know is that your citizenship is still valid if you have all the necessary proofs, they are just not accepting new people anymore.
