We are a new start-up and therefor our shop is set up on a made to order system. Once your purchase goes through we will process and create your garment. We place a weekly order with our supplier every Monday so if your order is done from Tuesday onwards it will be processed the following Monday. B2D8 intends to increase from weekly to bi-weekly soon. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
If you have been emailed the tracking number for your item(s) from Royal Mail you can track them here.
Both Royal Mail and DHL will confirm the dispatch of your items via email closer to the time of delivery – please make sure you provide us with the correct and most current email address.
Tracking numbers aren’t always provided due to the service type used. Therefore you can expect delivery within the estimated time frames above.
If we are unable to provide you with the tracking number, please allow the maximum estimated delivery time to pass before further contact.

-Delivery is excluded on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. “Free Shipping” codes are only eligible for standard shipping. If a different method is used in conjunction with a free shipping code, the order will be downgraded to standard shipping upon dispatch.
