This is a Great Dumbbell only workout for ANY fitness level, beginners or Advanced for both men and Women can be done at home or outdoors!! Its a Follow along from Warm up to 2 different workouts which will take about 30mins.

part 1: 12mins emom
3 power cleans, 3thrusters,3 ff Burpees over DB

Part 2: Tabata style: 40s work, 20s
Goblet Sq
DB Skiers
Push ups
DB snatches
Single arm OH lunges
Rest 1 Min and Repeat
