2a : Incline Bench 4 x 12
2b: banded Chest press 4x 10
3: Dips 3 sets x 10 reps
4: Seated Machine chest press 4 x 10 (4th is a dropset, 10 x 10)
5: finisher: 10mins Emom – 15 push ups every minute!
