Inspired by my personal love for those 2 videos, I was really craving a 3rd one. They are simply my favorite type of Cardio and I do them super often each week. I am very excited to have a new one in my portfolio haha.

I FOLLOW RIVERS / CHORUS:
1. Cross Feet Jump
2. Cross Knee + Toe Touch
3. Squat
4. Cross Feet Jump
5. Repeat on the other side
