Let’s welcome another special guest… JOEL CORRY!
His single “Head & Heart” has been #1 in the UK for 7 weeks already! And now we got him here, sweating with us.. he’s still smiling though 😀

To be honest, I prepared a “dancy” Song Workout for us. When he saw it, he was like: “Nope, I’m not gonna do that”. So I quickly changed it into a hardcore – very male friendly – Fat Burner Routine. Only classic exercises, no hip shakes haha.

He is super duper fit, he trains 7x a week. He had no problems to keep up with me!
We also got another workout coming for you soon… 🙂 and he was struggling a bit during those 10min. You better get readyyyyy…
